Our Community Caretaker team recently carried out a garage clearance project to improve the condition and usability of the garage area for residents.
The work involved removing unwanted items, clearing accumulated waste, and tidying the surrounding area to create a cleaner, safer environment. Over time, clutter and debris can build up, restricting access and detracting from the appearance of the site. By removing these items, the garages are now more accessible and presentable.
Maintaining garage areas is important in helping to prevent fly-tipping, reduce potential hazards, and ensure communal spaces remain well cared for. This clearance project forms part of our ongoing commitment to keeping neighbourhood facilities clean and fit for purpose.
